DEEZNUTS campaign interruption notice

WOO X is committed to delivering the best trading experience. Our goal is to ensure users trade smartly, swiftly, and successfully. Recently, the DEEZNUTS token has been listed on WOO X, along with its corresponding listing campaign. However, due to significant price volatility in the market, we are unable to continue supporting promotional activities for this token.

While the DEEZNUTS project team has been responsive and we do not believe they have acted with any malicious intent, the current market conditions do not support the level of trading experience we aim to provide to our users. As a platform that lists a wide range of projects, we constantly assess the market environment and make decisions that prioritize our community's interests.

DEEZNUTS listing campaign will be terminated effective September 4, 08:00 (UTC). We will calculate and distribute rewards in accordance with the following details for all eligible activities. Please refer to the distribution details for each activity below:

Welcome Bonus

• If you are eligible in accordance with the original campaign rules, your reward will be distributed by September 11, 23:59 (UTC).
• Snapshots will be taken at the time of the event termination.

Trade to Earn

• All rewards accumulated through the Trade to Earn during the campaign period will be fully distributed.
• Snapshots will be taken at the time of the event termination, and rewards will be credited based on the trading volumes achieved.
• All eligible activities performed by participants from the campaign start date until the announced termination date will be included in the reward calculation. The reward structure and criteria as outlined in the original campaign rules will be applied.
• Reward distribution: by September 11, 23:59 (UTC).

Yield Farming

• All locked WOO tokens will be automatically redeemed and unlocked by September 4, 23:59 (UTC).
• Earned yields from the Yield Farming campaign will be distributed based on individual subscription amounts at the time of forced redemption.
• Reward distribution: by September 11, 23:59 (UTC).

1. Trade to Earn Special: Trade to share a $42,000 DEEZNUTS prize pool

Campaign Period: Sep 3, 11:00 - Sep 9, 23:59 (UTC)

• All users (new and existing) who complete DEEZNUTS/USDT spot trades meeting the specific trading volume requirements indicated in the table above on WOO X during the activity period are eligible to share the stated prize pools.
• Prizes will be distributed according to the total trading volume achieved, in descending order. This means that users with the highest total trading volume will be prioritized for rewards based on their corresponding volume threshold, and then be distributed in descending order until the "Trade to earn" prize pools are fully allocated.
• Each user can only win once based on their highest accumulated volume; rewards from different thresholds cannot be combined.
• For the purpose of prize calculation and distribution, 1 DEEZNUTS is equivalent to 0.015 USDT. 

2. Welcome bonus: $3,000 DEEZNUTS prize pool for first-time traders!

Campaign Period: Sep 3, 11:00 - Sep 9, 23:59 (UTC)

• Users who achieve at least $200 in total DEEZNUTS/USDT spot trading volume during the activity duration are eligible to win $30 in DEEZNUTS.
• This activity is exclusively for users who have never traded on WOO X before the campaign start time. Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first served basis to the first 100 eligible users.

3. Yield Farming: Subscribe to WOO Earn vault to farm 2,334,000 DEEZNUTS!

Campaign Period: Sep 3, 11:00 - Sep 6, 10:59 (UTC), where the subscription window closes on Sep 6 at 09:59 (UTC).

• Subscription window will open at 11:00 UTC on Sep 3 and close at 09:59 UTC on Sep 6. All accrued yields during the farming period will be settled at 11:15 UTC on Sep 6 when the farming period ends.
• Subscribe to DEEZNUTS yield farming vault with WOO to farm yields from a massive $35,000 USDT equivalent DEEZNUTS prize pool. All yields will be distributed in DEEZNUTS.
• This yield farming pool will accept up to a total of 20,000,000 WOO on a first-come, first-served basis. Each user's individual subscription is capped at 500,000 WOO.
• The displayed APR is only for reference purposes only. Your estimated APR will be based on the amount of your individual subscription to the vault. It may differ from the vault's average APR if the hourly yield cap is reached.
• Early redemption is not permitted for the Yield Farming Vaults mentioned above for this activity specifically. 
• Only users from supported jurisdictions could subscribe to the yield farming vaults, depending on legal and regulatory requirements. To check if your country/region is supported, please visit ▶ List of unsupported countries/regions.

Notes

• Users with a staking tier of at least 1 on WOO X can receive up to 1.5X rewards from the Trade to Earn activity.
• Each eligible user can only win once per activity; trading volume from sub-accounts will be combined with the main account for the final calculation.
• Prizes for the Trade to Earn will be distributed based on total cumulative trading volume until the prize pools have been fully allocated to all eligible participants.

Terms and conditions

All users and participants of the campaign accept that:

• He/She abides by the WOO X Campaign Terms and Conditions.
• He/She agrees to abide by all campaign rules, including trading volume requirements and participation guidelines. Prizes will be distributed based on the trading volume achieved by participants, with priority given to the highest volumes first.
• All users/participants of the campaign must be registered and successfully KYC’ed to at least level 1 on WOO X before the end of the campaign duration.
• API, 2B, and KYB users are not eligible for this campaign. If you are a 2B or institutional user and wish to participate, please contact bd@woo.network for further assistance.
• WOO Ｘ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, including adjustments to the campaign timeline and prize distribution.
• Users are strictly prohibited from manipulating the campaign outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts or engaging in any other fraudulent activity to increase chances of winning. WOO X reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in such activities and take further legal action if necessary.
• All references to monetary values and rewards in this campaign are denoted in USDT. The symbol ‘$’ shall be interpreted as USDT throughout the campaign documentation.
• All rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the campaign has ended. If the rewards have not been credited after 14 working days, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email support@woo.network for assistance. In the event of any delay in the rewards distribution, the user may not demand any interest for the duration of the delay.
• Each user is responsible for their own tax settlements resulting from receiving the reward.
• WOO X does not provide warranties of any kind regarding the expected outcomes of the Campaign. Participation is at the user’s own risk.
• Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOO X and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the Campaign.
