Activity Rules

• All users must be registered and successfully KYC-ed on WOO X before the campaign closing date on Oct 13, 2023.
• During the campaign period, Earn vaults are locked and cannot be redeemed.
• Users cannot perform early redemption at any time during the campaign period, i.e. must remain subscribed to the Earn vaults till the campaign end date.
• In addition, users must have a total subscription duration of at least 7 days by Oct 20, 2023, to be eligible for any and all of the rewards. This is separate from the Earn subscription lock-in period of Sep 18 - Oct 13, 2023.
• Therefore, the campaign ending date is on Oct 13, 2023 and the winner eligibility calculation date will happen 7 days later on Oct 20, 2023.
• Prizes will be distributed by Nov 3, 2023.
• Trading fee rebate value is calculated based on the WOO token price of $0.16.
• Trading fee rebate is valid only from Oct 21 - Nov 18, 2023, and will be airdropped to the winners by Nov 25, 2023.
• The amount of trading fee rebate airdropped to the winner is determined solely by the amount of trading fees that the user has paid during the validity period of Oct 21 - Nov 18, 2023.
• The value of the trading fees paid by the user will be based on a past 7-day TWAP of the token paid, calculated on Nov 19, 2023.
• Trading fee rebate will be shared amongst all users who have hit the same required milestone amount in each milestone tier and will be shared on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Trading fee rebates will be airdropped only as WOO tokens.
• WOO Network reserves the right to change the above-mentioned timeline at its discretion, in particular to end the event earlier.

Terms and conditions

All participants of the campaign accept that:

• He/She abides by the WOO X Terms of Service
• He/she acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions, Activity Rules, and any subsequent amendments, once he/she joins the campaign. Additionally, his/her relevant information including but not limited to nickname and UID on WOO X, the total amount that he/she subscribed to in all of the available WOO Earn vaults, all the individual trades and trade amounts made during the trading fee rebate validity period, and any rankings as required by the campaign will be calculated and stored for the duration of the entire campaign, as well as may also be made publicly available. The aforementioned information cannot be removed or revoked during the campaign. Furthermore, he/she acknowledges and agrees that WOO Network has the right to access, read, and disclose his/her relevant aforementioned information.
• WOO Network reserves the right to disqualify any participant if he/she engages in any inappropriate, dishonest, or abusive activities during the campaign. The participant of the competition acknowledges and agrees that the decision regarding disqualification is at the sole discretion of the WOO X and WOO is not obliged to provide any explicit reason(s) for doing so.
• WOO Network reserves the right to modify and the final interpretation of the Terms & Conditions of this event without notifying users in advance. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
• WOO Network will not be responsible or liable for any losses (including, without limitation, any direct or indirect damages for loss of profits) resulting or arising directly or indirectly from your participation in this campaign.
• WOO Network reserves the right to disqualify trades that are wash trades, involve illegal bulk account registrations, self-dealing, or display signs of market manipulation or suspicious behavior, etc. The participant of the competition acknowledges and agrees that the decision regarding disqualification is at the sole discretion of the WOO X and WOO is not obliged to provide any explicit reason(s) for doing so.
