WOO X Social Media Competition Guidelines

General terms and conditions:

All users and participants of WOO X social media contests (the activities) accept that:

1. They agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. To receive rewards, participants must be registered and successfully KYCed to at least level 1 on WOO X before the end of the activity duration.
3. To participate in the activity and/or our contests, users must follow all the instructions and requirements in our social media post. Failure to comply with any of the instructions or requirements may result in their disqualification and/or ineligibility to receive rewards at WOO X’s discretion.
4. Participants must adhere to the applicable participation criteria and participation terms.
5. By taking part in the activity, the user agrees with all the relevant terms and conditions.
6. Only users who follow @_WOO_X on X (formerly Twitter) are eligible to win the prizes mentioned in the activity. 
7. Rewards will be distributed directly to winners’ WOO X accounts. Once their UID is provided in accordance with our terms and conditions and/or our instructions, reward distribution will happen within 14 working days of the UID being provided. If the rewards have not been credited after 14 working days, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email support@woo.network for assistance. In the event of any delay in the rewards distribution, the user may not demand any interest for the duration of the delay.
8. Winners will be announced via an X (formerly Twitter) post, on the WOO X account (@_WOO_X).
9. Winners have up to 7 working days to provide their UID after being contacted by us on the social media platform where the activity took place. Failure to provide their UID within this designated timeframe will result in forfeiture of their prize and WOO X may select another winner.
10. Each user is responsible for their own tax settlements resulting from receiving the reward.

The winning entries will be evaluated based on the participant’s skills, creativity, overall skillfulness, adherence to the instructions outlined in the activity tweet, and other relevant factors, as determined by WOO X. 

Other terms: 

1. The use of bots or any other use of mass engagement tools, dishonest, inappropriate, or abusive behavior during the activity will result in the participant’s disqualification.
2. By participating in any contest hosted by WOO X, users grant WOO X the royalty-free right to share and display submitted assets for promotional purposes strictly related to the contest for which they were submitted. WOO X will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate credit to users where applicable.
3. All decisions regarding contest winners shall be deemed final and binding. Exceptions will only be considered in cases where verifiable evidence of serious misconduct affecting the contest outcome is presented. WOO X reserves the right to review and take appropriate action in such circumstances.
4. WOO X reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this activity, its eligibility terms, and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments. WOO X also reserves the right to change the above-mentioned timeline at its discretion, in particular, to end the event earlier or later.

General guidelines:

1. Never share your UID (user ID) on messages coming from anyone but our main X (formerly Twitter) account, @_WOO_X. Make sure to check that the messages you get aren’t from impostor accounts. Your UID and KYC (name, birthday, address, email address, phone number, etc.) are your private and confidential information. Sharing this information with others may put you at risk. This could trigger malicious attacks on your account, leading to asset loss. To protect your privacy and fund security, please do not share your account information.
